Ordered the fruit and floral arrangement to be delivered on Mother’s Day. The floral arrangement arrived to my mother with mold on the flowers as well as the stick holding them up. Highly disgusted. Will never patronize edible arrangements again. Waiting to hear back from customer service

I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements in the past and have quite enjoyed the results of their work. However, after my experience with this location over the past 24 hours, and after posting this review, the Concord locations will become nothing more than an unfortunate, disappointing memory. I placed an order with this location last night, in mid-April, to ensure everything would be taken care of in advance of a pleasant Mother’s Day surprise. Unfortunately, I realized today (the day after placing my order) that no one would be home to receive the gift. Given the nature of these products, they cannot withstand being left on a porch in potentially high temperatures. As a result, I called to reschedule the delivery. By 4:00 PM today, I had called at least once every two hours since they opened at 8:00 AM and left a voicemail requesting a callback. I have yet to hear from them. I then called my local store, where an employee answered on the second ring. She told me she had received several calls in the past about this location not answering their phone and suggested I contact the corporate number to modify my order, which, by that point, I had decided to cancel entirely. I came here to celebrate my birthday and Brelle made my day BEYOND special! She not only made me fresh strawberries but came back with a whole gift bag of goodies with a balloon even attached! I have never been to a business where there was so much love and thought put into a birthday gift. I will most definitely be back and will send all my loved ones to this location! Give this girl a raise, she deserves it and so much more!!

This is one of the best edible locations I have had service from. Especially last minute and same day delivery. Wonderful assortments for my wedding and the fruit is fresh every time!! I live in a different city but I prefer this one outside of charlotte because they never disappoint. The staff is friendly, prompt and understanding. 5 starts all across the board!! Very pleased customer.

I would not recommend ordering from this location. Ordered my mom a birthday package and she was delivered dead flowers. I called and was advised I would receive a phone call back from manger did not. Then when I followed up Tara was very unprofessional stated she didn’t know what to say and chuckled throughout call . My mom took the flowers back and was offered another bouquet of dead flowers! There fix was to refund only for the dead flowers but no real compassion shown or given . I would never be a customer here again . Thanks for ruining my mom’s birthday . Oh and giving her fruit after offering her more dead flowers first . This is NOT how you keep customers coming back!
